Authorities, Duties, and Responsibilities:
 
The Department of Health, Culture, and Sports is a healthcare institution whose duties and responsibilities are detailed in Articles 46 and 47 of Law No. 2547 on Higher Education, Article 32 of Decree Law No. 124 on the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Institutions and Higher Education Supreme Organizations, and the Implementation Regulation of the Department of Medico-Social Health, Culture, and Sports Affairs of Higher Education Institutions. It is a service unit that meets the social, cultural, counseling, guidance, and sports needs of students. It is also an implementation department that conducts applications and research in this field to support education and training.
 
Functions: To protect the physical and mental health of its students and staff, and to meet their nutritional, housing, work, sports, leisure, and social needs, the company organizes conferences, symposiums, seminars, theater, concerts, exhibitions, and folk dance activities. It also operates/manages related facilities such as halls, dining halls, canteens, cafeterias, and entertainment venues, ensuring that students and staff benefit from these facilities to the fullest.
 
Furthermore, it is its primary duty to:
 
Provide services related to student health and treatment,
 
Organize activities that meet the sporting, cultural, and social needs of students and staff,
 
Meet the nutritional and similar needs of students and staff.
